We’re looking for stunning images for our upcoming calendar—send us up to three of your best high-quality photographs to littlehamptontownshow@gmail.com.

Be sure to include your name and address so we can get in touch if you’re selected and give you proper credit in the calendar.

Want to boost your chances of being featured?
Here are a few tips:

  • Submit high-resolution, landscape-format photos.
  • We love shots from all seasons—yes, even winter!
  • All parts of the town, not just the river. (Although last year we had no river pics – so a bit of everything!)

Rules for Littlehampton Town Show 2026 Calendar Competition

  1. All entries to be received by Monday 18 August 2025.
  2. Only digital entries will be accepted. No physical entries. Images are to be emailed to littlehamptontownshow@gmail.com
  3. High resolution jpg images only but maximum 10Gb.
  4. Photos in landscape orientation only please. Photos will be cropped to landscape A4 size.
  5. Photos with logos, signatures or additional text will not be accepted.
  6. Include the location of the photo, along with your name, address and phone number.
  7. All entries must be your own work.
  8. Entries will appear on social media so you must have gained permission from any people who are in the photographs and/or parent/guardian permission if any of the subjects are children.
  9. Children are welcome to enter with guardian’s permission and should be submitted from a parent or guardian’s email address.
  10. Maximum of 3 entries per person.
  11. The Town Show Committee will select their favourite 13 entries and these will be featured in the calendar. The photographer’s name will appear alongside the photo.
  12. The calendar will be available for sale at The Littlehampton Town Show on Saturday 13th September 2025. All profits will go towards running the Town Show. Winners will be eligible for a complimentary calendar which they can collect at the show.
  13. By entering the competition, you agree that Littlehampton town show has the rights to publish any of the submitted photographs on their social media, website, other publicity and promotion in the future. Entrants will retain copyright of their submitted photographs. You will automatically be signed up to our newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any stage.
