To place a bid, please email littlehamptontownshow@gmail.com with the subject line including the lot number and item name (e.g. “Lot One – Rita’s Diner”).

In your email, be sure to include:

– Your name
– Your bid amount
– A contact phone number

Closing date 10 April 2026 at midday.

Terms and Conditions

All bids must be submitted via email to Littlehamptontownshow@gmail.com by 10 April at midday.

The highest bid received by the closing time will win each lot. In the event of identical bids, the earliest received bid will take precedence.

Winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date and must make payment within 2 days. Failure to do so may result in the lot being offered to the next highest bidder.

All lots are restaurant vouchers and are subject to the individual venue’s terms and conditions, including any expiry dates, availability, and booking requirements.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prizes must be collected from Littlehampton within 5 days or delivery can be arranged to BN16 and BN17 addresses.

The organisers reserve the right to withdraw any lot or cancel the auction at any time.
